VERY IMPORTANT: ROARING 20’S

VERY Important Information…

Tomorrow is the big day. We’re so excited!

I just wanted to quickly share a few important things
with you that you are going to want to know,
so please read and forward this to any friends
you have bought tickets for or know are coming
as they are not all on this list.

1. DOORS OPEN
5:45pm for 6pm FREE Dance Class.
7pm Evening Takes Off!

2. EAT
Dinner before you come as it’s only LIGHT delicious Supper
Note: There will be Gluten Free & Vegetarian as part of the
served Canapes, but it is not a sit down meal.

3. SEATING (See Ticket Type)
UNRESERVED General Admission = Seating & Light Supper BUT NOT reserved
TABLES OF 10 = Reserved Seating with Your Group look for Table Signs
PLATINUM & DIAMOND = Roped Off VIP Area

4. LIVE AUCTION
Bring your cash and cheque book plus a generous spirit!
We have fabulous dinners, art work, quality rugs and luxury treatments to help raise money for charity.

5. BAR & SNACK
You will be able to purchase great Canberra beer, region Wines plus Champagne.
This will allow us to support local businesses through the night.
There’s also soft drinks and water for sale as well as packet chips.

6. COLLECTOR ITEMS ON SALE
We have also lined up with a Canberra designer to have
high quality, limited edition, glass coasters that you
can remember the evening by, they are awesome and will
be on sale and for order.

7. YOUR TICKETS
There are NO tickets for sale on the night.
Tickets were E-MAILED when the were purchased.
Please log-in to www.Eventbrite.com.au and re-print if you
don’t have it. Also see the person who organize your ticket/table.

8.WHAT TO WEAR/BRING
Dress 1920’s style, shoes good for dancing (yet fashionable),
a little additonal items as possible as there is no cloak room
attended. If you have special needs then of course bring what you
need.
Note: DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN ALCOHOL – THIS IS FORBIDDEN & IT WILL BE REMOVED.

9. PARKING & TRANSPORT
This is a huge weekend for Canberra in the City.
Park around the Hyatt etc, it will be hectic.
Carpool, see Action Buses for Routes and Taxi Cabs – 132227.

10. EVENING CLOSE
12:10am will be last dance and everyone needs to be vacted
by 12:30am at the very latest. The alarm is active automatically at 1:30 and there is a lot to pack up.

11. TABLE DECORATIONS
They are very expensive and rented, the are not souvenirs!
Please enjoy but do not touch or take.

12. MONEY
Bring lots of it, there are NO ATM’s in The Albert Hall. There
are drinks, snacks, auction items and memorabilia for purchase, we would hate to see you miss out.

13. MAKING HISTORY
This event is being documented by the C100 office and
The National Library just archived this in the Pandora Archive.
So you are truly part of history tomorrow, let’s get as best
dressed as we can to make it awesome!

It’s success before the band even hit a note…
It has also been a shame to turn down so many people.

Part of the proceeds are going towards Charity so you have
also contributed to making someones life better.
