  1. Do I Need A Partner To Dance?
    No, you don’t need a partner to dance. Our classes provide a place to learn and either a teacher to dance with or an available partner, it’s up to you who you dance with. Private lessons can be done as an individual or couple.
  2. Do I Need Dance Experience?
    Dance experience is not necessary at all! We cater for all ages and all levels regardless of previous experience.
  3. How Do I Book A Group Class?
    Pre-booking is not required, simply turn up 10 minutes before the Group Class on the evening to enrol. We don’t have expensive contracts however you can save yourself money and purchase a “Adult Group Class Card” valid for 8 classes to use throughout the year.
  4. How Do I Book A Private Lesson?
    There are a few ways you can book a Private Lesson:

  5. How Many Lessons Do I Need For A Bridal Lesson?
    The average time recommended for you to feel comfortable on the floor would be about 4 hours worth of lessons. It is totally dependent on what you want and is only a guide. See our “Bridal Wedding Dance” packages for more information…

    i. Cash
    ii. Cheque Made Out To: The International Dance Studio
    iii. Online Payment…Only for: Private Lesson Voucher, Adult Group Class Card, and Bridal Packages.
    iv. Credit Card – Only with selected products
  7. What Do I Wear To Class or Lessons?
    Comfortable clothes are required. Avoid black rubber soles, no loose thongs or loose footwear and no bare feet. You don’t need to buy dance shoes for social dancing, although if you dance a lot it would be advisable.
